Camp Kesher, NCSY’s newest summer program in the Pacific Northwest, is a sleep-away camp for Jewish students who love the outdoors and are striving to reach new heights. Camp Kesher offers 3rd–9th graders the opportunity to spend two weeks connecting with nature, their peers and their Jewish heritage.
Camp Kesher participants build confidence as they embark on exciting trips designed to engage and challenge them. They gain an appreciation for their local environment in the Pacific Northwest, a connection to the outdoors and a strong sense of Jewish pride that they will take into the school year. Most importantly, they make lasting connections to local Jewish teens.
Camp Kesher includes exciting activities across the Northwest such as white water rafting, an overnight camping experience, hiking, sports, color war, team building exercises, creative art, Jewish cooking and more.
Camp Kesher is located at Macleay Conference and Retreat Center in Salem, Oregon. The campus is complete with bunks, an auditorium, a game room, and indoor and outdoor spaces.
