A: Camp Kesher has been partially subsidized by generous funders so that every Jewish teen can afford a Jewish overnight camping experience and build a connection to their heritage.
Q: Are there scholarships available?
A: Financial Aid is available to families that demonstrate need.
Q: Will I feel comfortable at the camp? I am not religious.
A: Of course you’ll feel comfortable! Everyone at Camp Kesher comes from different backgrounds – some with a knowledge of Judaism, some with no knowledge at all. No matter where you are coming from, Camp Kesher will do just what is meant to – create meaningful connections.
Q: What is the safety protocol at camp?
A: Camp Kesher will have one staff member who is trained in CPR and First Aid at all times.
Q: Do I have to be part of NCSY to attend Camp Kesher?
A: No! NCSY doesn’t have an official membership. Anyone can come and try out our programs at any time – so you have nothing to worry about.
Q: Can you accommodate dietary issues?
A: Yes, Camp Kesher staff can accommodate a variety of food needs. Please be in touch with us so we can set up a plan that works for everyone.
